What is a webinar?
A webinar is a web-based training session conducted by certified consultants. It can save you time and travel expenses, while offering high-quality instructor-led training by certified consultants. What is required to view a webinar?
- In order to participate in a webinar, you must have a PC connected to the internet, and a telephone.
- Audio for the sessions is accomplished by telephone, so multi-media capability is not required on your PC. This offers bi-directional communication, so you can ask questions, as well as listening to the presenter.
- You must have registered and paid in advance of the course. The instructions for attending are sent with course confirmation.

I have already registered and paid the fee, and I have my id and password. How do I attend a webinar?
After you pay the fee to attend the webinar, and have received a meeting ID and password, You can attend the webinar at the designated time.
How do I register for a webinar?
After you are enrolled you will receive a registration email with a meeting ID, and Password, and instructions.
How do I attend a webinar after I am registered?
The URL link and the ID/Password will be emailed to you for your convenience.
Detailed instructions will be included in the registration email.
When can I attend a webinar?
The webinar user ID and Password sent by us will be good only for the duration of this course. The date and time will be set and confirmed at registration.
