Executive Vice President, in meeting Oracle’s rigorous certification requirements.
To achieve the coveted Specialization, Oracle Partners must demonstrate advanced capacity for Project and Portfolio Management in the Primavera P6 Client version, Web version, Administration tools, best practices, and resource management. An advanced understanding of the best practices of Project and Portfolio Management addresses business intelligence in such areas as developing EPS, OBS, WBS, Security Profiles, Schedule Management and Analysis, the use of labor, non-labor and material Resources, Budgeting and Cost Management, Baseline Management, Execution and Control, and Performance Reporting.
